Information we process

Messages entered in the live interview are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Contact and business details submitted during hiring are used to respond, prepare your account and provide the requested service.

How we use it

We use this information to answer requests, provide the service, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate Kai, such as hosting and AI processing providers. We keep it only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and security.
